About the Scholarship:

The Scholarship was named in honor of Doug Odell, one of the founding members of Friends of Lake Glenville, who served the organization for many years in various capacities. He was instrumental in shaping Friends of Lake Glenville core mission: to preserve, protect, educate and advocate for the continued beauty, integrity, safety, and survival of Lake Glenville.

Each year, successful applicants will be awarded funds towards a 4-year college or university or a 2-year trade or technical program of their choosing. Previous winners may also be eligible for additional funds pending qualification.

Additionally, we are hoping to create a reserve for the continued success and perpetuity of the fund.
